Fees
FOR STANDARD ITEMS such as Apple iPods, Apple iPhones, Playstation 3 (PS3), Microsoft xBox 360 and Nintendo Wii video game systems, Coach purses, Webkinz items and Rolex watches, our fee is 30 percent of the total sale price up to $250 and 20 percent of the total for sales of $251 and above. Consignee (you) pays eBay listing fees and eBay and PayPal sales fees. Buyers pay shipping, handling and insurance charges, if any.
FOR RESIDENTIAL AND COMMERCIAL REAL ESTATE, consignee (you) pays an eBay $150 insertion fee for a 30-day listing, or a $300 fee for a 90-day listing, plus $50 for my listing services. These fees are paid up front before the property is listed. If the eBay listing results in sale of the property, our fee is generally $1,000 for homes up to $150,000 and $2,000 for homes $151,000 and up. For commercial or agricultural property, our fee for a sale is $3,000.
FOR A VEHICLE LISTED ON EBAY MOTORS, consignee (you) pays an insertion fee ranging from $30 to $40, depending on the type of vehicle, plus a transaction fee ranging from $40 to $50 upon sale of the vehicle. The insertion fee is paid up front. If the listing results in sale of the auto, our fee is $300 for a vehicle sale price up to $10,000, and $500 for a sale price of $10,001 and above.
Terms of Service
We reserve the right not to sell any item for any reason, such as its appropriateness for eBay or its saleability. We are acting as a consignor of your goods. We make no representations or warranties in connection with this agreement, or with services performed and products provided in connection with this agreement. The services provided and products provided under this agreement are provided "as is" and without warranty, express, implied or sanctuary. We will not be liable for any special, indirect, incidental, consequential or punitive damages that may arise from or in connection with this agreement.
