Located in Harrison Township on Jefferson Ave, three blocks N. of Crocker. We are also excited to have a boutique area that offers brand new, quality accessories & photo props as well as some great items crafted by local artists. Wed like this to be a place that busy moms on a budget know they can pop into and find something great and affordable whether buying something for their own childs special day or a gift for someone else. We are picky, looking only for, stain and tear free clothing as we understand it is what our customers are looking for. We want to offer families quality, GENTLY used clothing at affordable pricing. Well do our best to carry everything your child needs from clothing items to baby gear.

Commission Rates
Consignors are paid 40% of the selling price on all clothing and 50% for baby gear.
Items consigned for the boutique are considered individually, please call for more information or an appointment.

Consignment Agreement
This agreement is made between __________________________________________________, (the consignor) and Raindrops ~N~ Polka Dots. The consignor and Raindrops ~N~ Polka Dots acknowledge and agree that accepted items will be placed for sale under consignment based on the terms and conditions outlined in this agreement for a period of 90 days.
1. Consignments are accepted by appointment or drop off only and limited to 40 pieces, except where otherwise noted. Consignor will be contacted by email once items have been reviewed and accepted. Due to limited storage space, all unaccepted items must be picked up by consignor no more than 4 business days from the date of email. Items that remain in the possession of Raindrops ~N~ Polka Dots beyond these 4 days will become the property of Raindrops ~N~ Polka Dots.
2. Raindrops ~N~ Polka Dots will determine the acceptability of each item and its selling price based on condition, brand, style, size and demand. If the consignor has a minimum they are willing to accept for an item being consigned, Raindrops ~N~ Polka Dots will be made aware of such amount in advance and be noted in this agreement. Raindrops ~N~ Polka dots will not review more than 25 items for consignment with such a minimum per agreement. Raindrops ~N~ Polka dots reserves the right to refuse such item(s) at its discretion.
3. Clothing accepted will be current styles, like new condition, freshly laundered/cleaned and free of odor. Clothing should be brought in on hangers or folded neatly in a box or bin (no trash bags please) with all coordinated outfits together.
4. Non-clothing items to be consigned such as, toys, furniture, and baby gear must be clean, put together with all pieces, fully functional and have batteries when required for operation before they will be considered/accepted for consignment.
5. Raindrops ~N~ Polka Dots does not accept the following items:
• Clothing that is stained, torn, has missing or broken buttons/zippers/snaps, is excessively pilled, an incomplete set or has any unpleasant odor
• Clothing that is dated or out of style, generally more than 5 years old
• Underwear, bras or socks
• Feeding items that are not new and sealed in original packaging
• Items that have been recalled for ANY reason
• Car seats
• Mattresses
• Stuffed animals
6. Raindrops ~N~ Polka Dots may conduct periodic storewide sales in which certain categories of merchandise are included. The consignor agrees to participate in these sales.
7. Consigned goods will be offered for sale in the store for 90 days and will be discounted as follows:
• After 30 days – 20%
• After 60 days – 40%
• After 75 days – 50%
8. Raindrops ~N~ Polka Dots agrees to pay the consignor 40% of the final sales price for all consigned clothing, and 50% for non-clothing items as listed above, less taxes and/or additional incurred fees. Raindrops ~N~ Polka Dots will pay 50% to any consignor who chooses store credit as payment for consigned clothing items.
9. It is the consignor’s responsibility to obtain any monies due. Payment for all sold consigned items will be available beginning on the eighth day _________, following your consignment period expiration date __________, to allow for our 7 day return policy. Any monies left unclaimed for a period of 6 months following your consignment period expiration date __________, will be considered forfeited, and become the property of Raindrops ~N~ Polka Dots. You may pick up your payment for items sold between 10 a.m. and 2 p.m. Sunday - Friday. If you prefer to have your payment mailed in the form of a check, Raindrops ~N~ Polka Dots will do so by request only. There is a fee of $1 that will be deducted from the amount owed the consignor for this request.
10. Due to limited storage space, any unsold items the consignor wishes to retain, must be picked up no more than 7 business days following the expiration of your consignment period. It is the sole responsibly of the consignor to find and obtain expired items from the sales floor. We will gladly provide a list of unsold items. Items that remain in the possession of Raindrops ~N~ Polka Dots beyond these 7 days will become the property of Raindrops ~N~ Polka Dots to be disposed of, sold, or donated at its discretion. There will be a $1 fee per item the consignor wishes to remove from consignment prior to the expiration of agreed upon consignment period.
11. Articles are left in the store at Consignor’s own risk. Theft, fire, and damage are rare, but can happen in a retail atmosphere. We will do everything within our limits to safeguard your items.
