Fees
All service fees are based on a per auction basis. If there is a collection of pieces in one auction, that grouping will be considered one single item. You, as the consignor, get a percentage of the auction sale price or winning bid; this does not including any buyer's premium, handling, shipping and insurance that is paid by the winner.
If the auction sale price is less than $500, you get 70%. If the auction sale price goes over $500.00, your percentage goes up to 75% on the amount over $500; over $1000.00, up to 80% on the amount over $1000. However, if your item sells for less than $50, you get only 50% of the auction sale price.
There is an up front charge of $10.00 per RESERVE PRICE auction. This amount must be paid before any research or listing is done.
Terms of Service
All items will be assessed as to their sale-ability prior to or during pick up. Items must be worth a minimum of $50 resale value.
There are certain types of items that will not be handled. Exceptions may be made but generally they include, but are not limited to, items that:
Are banned on the auction web site;
Have a history of being non-sellers;
Are too fragile, dangerous, large or heavy to ship.
Any up front charge for RESERVE PRICE auctions must be paid at the time the item is picked up. Refunds of those minimums may be made if an item is not listed for any reason.
You will receive payment for your portion of the sale within two weeks of the item being safely received by the winning bidder. Any prepaid, up front charges will be taken into consideration.
