Now Accepting Consignments! How it works:

A. Simply bring in or email pictures of furniture items you wish to consign. Email to kk@thefiner.com. Smaller accessories and home dcor may be brought by anytime without prior approval.

B. Once approved, items will be displayed professionally on our showroom for a period of 90 days.

C. Upon selling, consigners will receive 50% of the selling price. Balances will go directly into consigners account and a check may be picked up at anytime. Consigners may also use his or her balance as store credit and receive a 10% discount for doing so.

D. The price of items is determined ultimately by The Finer Consigner staff, however, we are sensitive to brand names, condition, retail cost, etc. to get our consigners a fair price for their items. Our experience is used to benefit our consigners.

E. In the event an item does not sell in the 90 day term of contract, items may be picked up within 5 days of expiration. At that point, the item is considered abandoned and is left up to the discretion of The Finer Consigner to donate or drastically reduce the price to sell the item as quickly as possible.
